International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Short Tronics is an absolute jewel of an operation; it has completely overturned my innate skepticism about the mindsets and capabilities of technology service providers.
Most of us PDA users probably recognize that by now we should have embraced the cloud already, but the Palm software is so goddam good we procrastinate; it takes real guts to abandon an old companion especially when our brains seem to have morphed into a subset of its software.
It was no surprise to me that I was unable to obtain here in the UK the repair service I needed (forget HP!), and I was initially incredulous that Chris could offer such a reasonably priced service to Europeans from his base in Minnesota, but he has delivered salvation & I urge fellow Europeans to have faith & let him restore your faith too. Many thanks, Chris and long may your business thrive - with the great service you provide, it certainly deserves to.
