International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Short Tronics really diagnoses and fixes problems in a timely manner along with letting me know status from a real human being. I was very happy with the service! For those of still using a PDA which serves my needs, it is good to know help is available with problems.
