International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I had issues with 2 Palm units...found ShortTronics online and the result was awesome. All work performed here by Chris Short & Staff was just as described. The entire service order was fast & efficient with excellent results. I highly recommend them.
