International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Quick analysis of units and quote provided, usually in less than 24 hrs after arrival. Prices are very reasonable. PS: Button repair and enhancement service is well worth it. Had one unit with very bad buttons and they look practically new now.
