International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am so grateful to find Chris. My Palm One died with over three hundred contacts. I tried Best Buy and another shop that did electronic repairs. Both told me it wasn't possible to retrieve my information. I found Short Tronics on the Web. Chris offers personal service and assured me that he could wake up my device. I also asked him to transfer my contacts into a new PDA. I am so pleased to be able use my information again. Everything is perfect.Thanks so much Chris!!
