International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After Garmin Service folks told me my Zumo was no longer being built or supported and to buy a new one I came across Short Tronics INC on the Zumo Forum. They had stellar ratings so I gave Chris a call. I was very impressed with the way he handled my questions and his civil demeanor on the phone. Everything he told me on the phone regarding the fix and how we would transfer the unit and the payment went exactly to plan. I had my seemingly renewed and revived Zumo back in less than a week in as good as new condition and just before a major motorcycle ride to Florida next week. I can't praise more highly the service and adult consideration I got from Chris Short. I recommend him and his company unreservedly.
