International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I thought I had a book end when I looked at Garmin's site, but stumbled across Chris and reached out. Even though it was a cross-border transaction, the service could not have been better and the result was perfect. My book-end is now a useable GPS, and looks better than new. Thank you Chris! I will make sure that others know about your workmanship, and though I hope I never have to talk to you again regarding a broken product, I would happily do so! Thanks for a great job!
