International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am extremely pleased with Short Tronics service. Had my two Palm units repaired and was quite satisfied with the service.
After inquiring regarding my defective Nuvi 360 diplay, they were able to repair my unit far better than the Garmin recommended Quebecois repair depot at a better price. The Canadian company just replaced the unit with loss of my European map and way-points.
