International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I contacted them, and quickly received a very comprehensive email with all details including service, warranty, mailing instructions, costs, return postage alternatives and costs. Short Tronics INC checked out my unit, replaced the battery, and returned the unit within a day after they received it. I now have a fully functioning unit with awesome battery capacity.
