International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I was on a recent motorcycle trip from Huntsville to Orlando Florida and make several stops. On the leg from Selma AL to Jacksonville, my Zumo 550 GPS went on the fritz and I had to rely on my cell phone to get me to my destination. I found PalmDr online while trying to diagnose my problem. After speaking to Chris, I FEDEX'd him my device. Four days later while en route back from Orlando to Mobile for the night, I arrived and my device was waiting for me at the front desk of the hotel. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!!
