International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I had two units, one with a cracked screen, the other was sent to another vendor for new batteries. Chris replaced the cracked screen and had the unit back to me within a week. When I received the other unit back from the other vendor, I found several thing wrong with it and it was completely unserviceable. I sent the broken unit to Short Tronics INC, and Chris also repaired this unit in about a week, even replacing an internal battery that had supposedly been replaced by the other vendor. I now have both units, primary and secondary working well. I would highly recommend Short Tronics INC (Chris) to anyone who needs repair services on electronic devices.
