International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris replaced the cracked screen and had the unit back to me ever so quickly. When I broke it yet again, within the week, he replaced it pronto with a plastic one. I would highly recommend Short Tronics INC (Chris) to anyone who needs repair services on electronic devices!!!!
