International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Diagnosed problem over the phone. Sent in on Saturday and had device back next Thursday. More than reasonable price and excellent communication of status of repairs. Garmin no longer supports the Zumo 550 and when they did it cost $150 for repair. Chris did it for far less. Could not recommend more highly.
