International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Returned from a ride to find my Zumo 550 power button was missing. Didn't know it had a problem until I started looking online and found that the buttons cracking and falling off was a common issue. Fortunately also ran across PalmDr. Shipped it out on Monday, got it back on Friday. Great repair, great price, great communications, great service. My Zumo 550 is good for another 8 years.
