International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Wow is the right word. Sent this unit in on a Wednesday. Saw that it was delivered to them on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, it was back in the mail and I had it in my hands two days later, running like new. I was notified by email for every step and could check anytime with the tracker link they sent me. This is a fantastic service company. Highly recommend them.
