International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I've probably used Short Tronics to repair first my Palms (M Series - really old, the Zire series - which I still use and now my 120GB iPod Classic for at least 10 years. I get fantastic service and Chris (the owner) always comes through. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his company.
