International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

From Depths of Despair to Electronic Elation
A week ago my Zumo died. It wouldn't start regardless of electrical connection; m/c mount, car mount, computer, nor direct to an outlet. First thought-another $600 to replace my trusty motorcycle GPS. After searching for Zumo repair I found Chris' site with glowing comments. My device arrived today and it's fired up and ready to go with a new battery for under a C note. I'm elated and a fan for sure.
