International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris was very prompt at repair. I also wanted my maps updated, because my computer would not recognize it. I use my GPS to deliver Pizza, one of my two jobs, and I could not have it down for long, and I needed it to be up-to-date as well. Chris checked what it would take, and for a small extra fee he hooked me up!!! we corresponded numerous times and he was very timely in his response!! I will send him an older Garmin with the same problem. His fees were far more reasonable than Garmin Tech support ( of course they want me to buy new)
