I bought a digitizer w/screen off eBay for my Zumo 550 GPS. Did the install to no avail. Desperate, Chris Short said to send him the Zumo with the old and new parts. He determined the new screen was defective. Used the old screen - problem solved. All within one week. Lesson learned, have a pro fix your device.
