International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Unmatched Repair & Service

I've never encountered repair service on anything that could match the speed, quality and service that Chris provides. I called first to ask questions and he patiently responded to each one. I sent my Garmin Zumo 550 in for repairs on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, received and e-mail saying he got it on Tuesday, and another e-mail later that day saying it was on the way back to me. Everything works perfectly, and I have GPS on my motorcycle again in less than a week. All this after Garmin told me they no longer repair this model because after four years, it's obsolete - - more like "if we repair, you won't spend $800 on its replacement". Thank you Chris, I will gladly recommend you to anyone who needs repairs on their GPS of PDA.
