International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have had various Palm devices for more than 10 years, and managed to accumulate non functional ones that I set aside hoping to get fixed "Someday." "Someday" became the day I found PalmDr.

I had 5 broken Lifedrives that I sent in for repairs. All of them needed the Cold Solder Repair, 3 needed hard drives, one had a power/hotsynch connector problem, and one had a broken wire to the speaker. I also thought one had a cracked screen.

The units were evaluated, and I was given an option to choose what repairs/upgrades I wanted.

I chose to get all the repairs done, upgrade 4 units with flash drives, keep one unit with a micro drive, and get one micro drive back as a spare.

Two days after the repairs were done, I them back and checked them out. The one that kept the micro drive was as good as new, and the ones that got the flash drive are faster than new.

Soon I will be sending 3 Palm TX's and 3 Garmin IQ3600's in for repairs, and if I find any more broken ones will be sending them in for repair/recycling.

I am very pleased with the service.
