International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: I Will Never Surrender My Palm with Chris Around

There is no Android or iPhone app that will do what I need, so I am firmly wedded to the Palm platform on which I run my entire small business. I don't know what I would do without Chris Short and Short Tronics. As dependable as my T|X is, it takes wear and tear and needs occasional rejuvenating. I have a spare Palm as well, and Chris has worked on both. I am always astounded at how quickly the repaired unit appears back in my mailbox, always looking like new. Keep up the great work, Chris!!!
