International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris is the man.
From the time I first contacted him to the time I got my like new Zumo 550 back was less than 2 weeks.
This is the 2nd unit I have had Chris repair. If I need any units repaired in the future it will be Short Tronics for sure.
