International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

The power button of my Garmin Zumo 550 fell off during a recent motorcycle ride. I was about to scrap the until since Garmin no longer sells the faceplates or repairs the unit. Chris and team repaired the faceplate (and replaced the internal backup battery) very quickly at a fair and reasonable cost. I received the GPS back in less than a week from when I mailed it. All is good to go! Thanks so much for the smooth transaction, the great service and the quick turnaround.
