NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I've read all the reviews and it's difficult to add any more praise to Chris than that already given. After telling him what my problem was, he immediately took control and solved a nagging problem I've had for a long time. He even went the extra mile to help me understand what he had accomplished so that I could repeat it on my second computer. After all his work was done, only then did he talk about payment which was extremely reasonable and I was happy to pay. In times when everyone seems to be out for self, Chris is exemplary! :-}
