International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I had a Zumo 450 that the screen & digitizer died on so I bought another one but a Zumo 550 that the same thing happened to it a year later. The devices were shipped, evaluated and repaired within 10 days and I had them both back in working condition. The screens, digitizers and battery backups were repairs and the power button on one also. The price was extremely reasonable and FAR FAR less than purchase of a new motorcycle GPS....and now I have 2 working GPS units. I live in Ottawa, Canada and Chris Short was nothing short of exceptional, providing personalized service and communication. TOP NOTCH COMPANY!!!!!!
