International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I am a satisfied repeat customer, Chris again repaired some of the broken Palm devices I had accumulated, and had set aside hoping that SOMEDAY I could get repaired. Again that SOMEDAY came when I found PalmDR. Last time he repaired 5 Lifedrives, this time I sent in 2 Palm TX's that were stuck in the constant reboot mode, one TX that was totally dead, and 3 Garmin IQ 3600's that I had broken the wires to the backlights while attempting to replace the batteries.

Chris evaluated all of the units and told me that all could be repaired, so I had him do the repairs. The 3 TX's work like they did before they needed repairs, and the 3 IQ 3600's work better than I ever saw them work before.

I am glad I didn't throw away any of the non operating Palm devices I had, and now that I have found PalmDr I am sure I will be having him fix or recycle any other broken units I have.
