International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After contacting Chris, he made me fully aware of his company's services. So, I sent in my Zumo 550. I mailed it out on a Monday, and it arrived on Wednesday and was repaired by Thursday! It arrived back, fully functioning that Saturday.
