International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My 550 suffered sudden death syndrome. Sent it in, Chris diagnosed it, and made me aware of other repairs needed. Had it back in a couple of days, and I swear it works better than it did when it was new. Great price, amazing service. Thank you!!
