International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Zumo had a mind of its own, and after some searching around on the web found the digitizer was most likely the problem with the unit. I then came across Short Tronics web site and figured I would contact them since I had a couple of concerns. I talked with Chris and he was able to answer all my questions and relieved my apprehension about sending the unit out for repair rather than just replacing it with a new model. Very fast turn around on repairs, with great pricing! Unit works like new again. Glad I found Chris and I would highly recommend him to my friends if they need repairs.
