International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Superior customer service! Bought a used unit to replaced my original demolished 550. The digitizer went out within a day, seller agreed to split cost for a repair and I found Short Tronics--what a break!

Thanks Chris, fantastic work, excellent response--out on Monday, received Wed, repaired and mailed back by Thurs and back home in the mailbox on Sat.

Need a repair -- search no further. I can't remember the last time I've been this satisfied with a repair and customer service. (retired USAF)
