International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I was able to scyn my Palm handheld with my laptop thanks to Short Tronics INC. I had no idea what or how to scyn it. My hard drive crashed, had to put in a new one and load everything all over again. After using the file you e-mailed to me, my palm is scyned and I am back in business. Thank you so much for helping me and I will surely keep your phone number and internet location when I need help again.
