International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My GPS was working in a hit and miss manner. The touchscreen was malfunctioning and sometimes the unit would just lockup and not work at all. I contacted Chris at Short Tronics and he had my unit back to me in one week total time.It now works perfectly. He also helped me with a part for my GPS mount. I would highly recommend this firm for GPS service.
