International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

It has been a very pleasant experience of dealing with Short Tronics. I bought a Palm Zire 31 and then sent my previous Palm for repair. Both arrived in mint condition. The service particularly has been wonderful. Chris is always at the ready to answer your queries at very short notice and has been invaluable in helping me track one of the parcels that lost its way. I’ll always use Short Tronics whether I have to buy or repair another PDA.
