International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My wife accidentally stepped on my Garmin GPS and cracked the digitizer screen. Searched the internet and found this great guy, Chris, the owner of Palm DR/ Short Tronics.
He was so polite, patient and helpful that I decided to do business with him. He quickly sent me the part I needed and even helped me over the phone after the fact. I tried to do the repair myself but decided I better send the unit to Chris for the final ribbon cable connection. It was too small for my eyes to see!
Anyway. Everyone is right..Polite, Great, Old Fashion Service.
