International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Quick, Efficient & Personal

I would recommend this site to anyone. Their service was quick, efficient & personal. Not only were they knowledgeable, but very helpful in all areas that I needed.
My Palm E2 "died", & I was so upset as I use it continually every single day. I was not sure what the issue was, but since I had it for at least 10 years, I thought it might the battery, but due to the age, it could have been anything.
I always kept my info updated on the Palm and Hot Sync to my Laptop, so from that point of view I was not worried. Getting a new one was my issue as I already had a huge 32 to 64 problem when I bought a new laptop and did not look forward to possibly having to deal with another updated program with a new Palm. I did a search & found Palm Doctor, and called the number and spoke to Chris & I was able to not only repair my old one, but also to buy a new one as a backup, since my old one is 10 years old at least.
Chris was a wealth of information, & the service was fantastic. For as long as I have my Palm, they will be the place I will go to get the help I need.
