I have owned a Palm for well over 15 years, & my latest one a Tungsten E2 is at least 10 years old. I use it every single day, & recently the screen seemed to be dimming, and I was afraid my battery was going to die. I had recently purchased a 64 bit Laptop and had a hard time installing the Palm software with Windows 7. I was able to find a \"fix\" & was happy again.
My Palm \"died\", and I was so upset. I used to be a system manager but that was years ago, but have been retired for a long time, however, I was a diligent Hot Sync person, and my data backup was recent. My issue was whether I could download my data to a new Tungsten E2.
I went on the internet, & found Palm Doctor, and found them not only efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Not only was I able to repair my old Palm with instructions from Chris, I purchased a new one, & had an issue with it, but call Chris, & he walked me through a way to fix the problem. I did as he said, & all is well.
I cannot believe I was lucky enough to find a place where I could actually talk to someone, but efficiently get all the help I needed.
