International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have an 8 year old Garmin Zumo 550 that has probably seen well over 130K miles. When the buttons started falling out and I heard Garmin wasn't working on them anymore, I started looking around and it seemed my two choices were PalmDr service and getting a new Garmin. I cannot be more satisfied that I chose repair for less than $100 compared to new for $700. To be clear I am not at all crazy about Garmin products and especially not their software, but they are the only game in town. I took a chance on PalmDr. I sent it away on a Monday, and received it back Saturday! Couldn't believe it. And it's fine. 5 Stars for sure!
