International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have been dealing with Chris for years. Since 2002 I've been using Palm products. He's been able to help fix any problems that I have and or give me support so that I know what to do on my end when I'm having a problem. He's professional, fair, does consistently great work at a very good price. I am a hairdresser and I use the palm Contacts and calendar daily. I've never had a portable calendar that works so well (I use graffiti). If it wasn't for Chris I wouldn't be able to do this. I'm sure no matter what product he's doing work on he would do an excellent job. I highly recommend him!
