International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Outstanding T|X repair

Found this site by chance, when my trusty, and essential, T|X died. Sent panicked email, got reply some 5 mins later. Mailed deceased T|X from Canada (yes, he ships to Canada), out 9/11, Chris gets it 9/16 @ 0959, he diagnoses dead battery, gives quote, offers alternative shipping methods.
I send agreement, shipping instructions, and Paypal him the cost. The T|X is timed out 9/17 @ 0821 (less than 24hrs!!!!), and I get it back here 9/24 @ 0830.
Terrific service, absolutely outstanding. Highest recommendation. I'm planning on sending him my older one, to use as a backup.
