International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris took over my computer, hands on, and via Skype got this ancient but wonderful PDA communicating to by 64-bit desktop. Wonderful to watch her expertise - and all live from 4,000 miles away !!
Had another computer crash 2 years later, this time guided me back by email and phone. Wonderful company !!
