International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I contemplated junking and replacing my Lifedrive when the on/off switch broke. Happily, I found ShortTronics. The work was completed in less than a week (Shipped Monday, received back on Saturday). The result is a device that looks and functions as new. I couldn't have asked for more . . .
