International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris deserves a medal, for the concept and realisation of his company; my Palm V was stolen at Malpensa Airport by a gang of thieves that operate in the Car Hire parking lot. (As you load your bags into the hire-car, they choose which ones to steal...). I was bereft! My Passport, Driving license, Credit-Cards, TomTom etc can be replaced - but NOT, I thought, my Palm which is my lifeline. Am I glad I found PalmDr! What am amazing service. Within a week, a replacement T|X was waiting for me at home and synced immediately with my Windows 7 Access Desktop - and I have my life back. Thank you Chris!
