International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris started working on our unit as soon as it was received, and shipped it back to us the very same day. We received it back in a couple of days and the unit was as good as new. Great service, turn around was excellent. We highly recommend Chris and PalmDr folks, as this shop is the best.
