International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris has repaired my Palm TX twice now. Once to replace a worn out power button and once to replace the screen which I stupidly cracked. Each time the service was prompt, did exactly what was planned, and totally fixed the device. Chris greatly extended the life of my device. But, all good things usually come to an end and my Palm's battery and touchscreen gave up the ghost. I bought a refurbished unit and it looks great. And Chris gave me advice about purchasing options that saved me money (even though he would have made more money had I bought the extra options). The device arrived quickly and in good shape. And when I had questions about synching the new device, I wrote to Chris and had a clear, helpful reply by day's end (on a Sunday!). That is the kind of personal service that I value.
