International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have had my palm for sooo many years and all of my and my families information is on it. Last year it wouldn't open and months before that wouldn't sync. I knew I was living on the edge because I didn't have the information backed up anywhere, and when it wouldn't turn on, the charger wasn't working, I panicked. I went online and discovered HP, who then owned the company didn't service the products, then I really freaked out. I saw the site 'PalmDr.com', went there and called the number listed. I got Chris and told him my problem and she was so calm and confident and said 'oh don't worry we can take of that.' And take care of that he did. The price was unbelievably reasonable and she is so kind, understanding and talented.
He just helped me again with a little problem with setting the date on the device to stop the constant reminder peeps I was getting for old appointments. I love this wonderful person and am so glad I found him. Anyone with a Palm device that's malfunctioning must contact Chris, he is a gift from God, Allah, Buddha... Really!!!
