BMWMOA Forum raved about Chris\' service, now I can too... Fixed my ZUMO 550 same day. Out, back and fixed in 6 days (Calif USPS) including a holiday.
I can\'t say enough about Chris, so much so I\'ve turned my local BMW dealership on to him as well.
Garmin on the other hand... not so happy with them.
