International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Did you ever wish you had a friend who knew all the things you did not, and who would help you when needed? Chris Short is such a friend. After his repair of my broken screen, and replacement of my battery, my Palm Z22 was operating perfectly.
That was not enough for me. I decided to migrate to my Windows 7 computers, away from the old XP.
That cannot be done by mere, mortals. The installation of the W7 drivers was a bear, and I kept failing at it. Chris was familiar with the process, took remote control of my computer, and in short order the Gordean Knot was undone and both my wife's and my Palm Z22s are happily synced to our current PCs.
