International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

This device is a critical backup unit for my aircraft. Garmin no longer supports it, and their aviation customer service is abominable.

I found Short Tronics INC through an internet search; called Chris Short by phone; and sent the unit in for repair.

The repair was perfect and completed in one day.

Outstanding support, communication and service.
