International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Zumo 550 Repair

I sent my Zumo 550 to Chris because of an audio problem and occasional screen problem (Garmin no longer supports the Zumo 550). He quickly diagnosed the problems as the Audio Amplifier and Digitizer, but also found that the internal battery needed to be replaced. Turnaround time and email response was very quick. Price was very reasonable. The GPS now works like new. Before I found Chris, I thought I was going to have to buy a new, much more expensive GPS. Thank goodness I didn't have to. Great service and great customer service. Thanks, Chris!
